Job Description

The ideal candidate comes with 3 years of Customer Service/Order Desk experience from a manufacturing environment.


Working Hours:


Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (only apply if these hours are doable).


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Must have excellent communication skills (English language)
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Enter orders in AS400 and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with shipping to make certain product is out and on its way as per deadlines
  • Handle any complaints, customer concerns, damaged product and returns
  • Data entry in various platforms


Qualifications:

  • At least 3- 5 years' of relevant work experience
  • Bilingual in German French, Italian or Portuguese is nice to have
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • AS400 or SAP experience
  • Strong MS Excel/Outlook and ERP


Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + Benefits + RRSP
